Due to the nature of food products, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once the order has been delivered.

2. Return Policy

We do not accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Change of mind or taste preference
  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier partners
  • Minor variations in shape, size, or color (handmade products)
Exceptions (Eligible for Review):
  • Product received damaged, spoiled, or leaked
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Package tampered before delivery

⚠️ Proof is mandatory (clear photos/videos of product & packaging).

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after verification and approval by our team.

Approved Refund Scenarios:
  • Spoiled or damaged product
  • Incorrect product delivered
  • Missing items in the order
Refund Method:
  • Original payment method (UPI, Card, Net Banking, Wallet)
  • Processing time: 7–10 business days
  • No cash refunds

4. Cancellation Policy

Customer Cancellation:
  • Allowed within 2 hours of order placement
  • No cancellation once preparation starts
Cancellation by Thekuawali.in:
  • Ingredient unavailability
  • Quality or hygiene issues
  • Delivery constraints

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
